Black Bean Dip
Ingredients
- Black beans, rinsed, 1 can
- Garlic, fresh minced, 1-2 cloves or 1 teaspoon and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Jalepeno, fresh, seeded, minced, 1 small (optional)
- Cilantro, fresh, chopped, 1 tablespoon or fresh oregano
- Lime Juice, 1 tablespoon
- Oil, olive or vegetable, 1-2 tablespoons
Method
- Put all ingredients in a food processor. (Can use a stick blender)
- Process until all ingredients are blended and a good consistency.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Enjoy with tortilla chips and raw veggies such as baby carrots and jicama, cucumber, squash and pepper slices!
